Just started having Karen, the proprietor, cut my hair. Excellent. The place is really modern and they use quality products. Karen does an amazing cut but it's her blow waving skills that, sorry about the pun, blows me away. That good on my medium/long wavy hair, she really doesn't need straighteners. Haven't had a blow wave as good for many a year👍

Excellent service with nice coffee and drinks offered regularly. My hair cut and colour is excellent, I’ve had complements from other hairdressers ( not from this salon) about the great colour work on my hair- Karen is my stylist.

My wife had a wonderful experience with this team that was very friendly and welcoming. She appreciated the abundance of clean towels and the team's effort to keep the room free of hair. They also offered to cut her bangs after a wash and blow-dry at no extra cost. She considers this salon her go-to whenever she's in town

I have been coming to room 97 for couple of years and karen has always been amazing I have had various treatments and cuts and the service has always been excellent . The staff are super friendly and it’s in a nice easy location with free parking Karen genuinely cares for her clients and makes you at ease . She listens and never forgets the conversation we have had and remembers all my family and checks on me and them . She always checks on what I want and also makes sure that the hair cut or treatment is to my liking . She gives great advice and her opinion in regards with my hair . I can’t imagine going anywhere els

I’m so happy I found this salon. Karen got my colour right when other salons couldn’t. In addition to being a great hairdresser, she’s very professional and genuinely caring which goes a long way with me. They do a lovely cappuccino too!

I have gone to Sophie multiple times for Balayage and think the colour is always great! Highly recommend! Very happy with the cut and think the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I don't want to big Nic up and make him more popular so i can't get an appointment,  but he is amazing.   I've followed him from Manchester to Leeds and so have my two daughters.  Thanks Nic for an amazing service and everything else.

Started using this hairdressers after bad experiences elsewhere, the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The overall environment is really nice to be in. After my latest appointment here my hair didn’t go exactly how I wanted it too, however I rang and just explained the situation. Marcello was able to see me the day after, he was really understanding and didn’t make me feel awkward for coming back in. He apologised and rectified the situation, I left there feeling so much better and happy with my hair. I cannot recommend this place enough, Marcello and the team are excellent.

I've struggled over the years to find a hair salon that I've felt comfortable with. Room 97 at The Springs has super friendly people, and even though there can be quite a few clients, it is a lovely spacious place, so it never feels too busy. Karen always listens and takes time to check that I'm happy with the final result. I have curly hair, but by the time I leave, it is highlighted, cut, and tamed again 🙂  The Springs is also great for the free parking and other facilities.

Wonderfully warm, highly professional and friendly staff. My hair always looks and feels beautiful. I have been using this salon for years and I cannot recommend them enough.

I brought my Daughter for her hair doing last night to the salon at The Springs and the staff were fantastic with her, she is 17 an Autistic and most people treat her like a child but she felt pampered and relaxed which is always difficult when doing or going somewhere new. Tia cut her hair and was fabulous with my daughter we will be returning.

Karen and her team are fantastic, they look after you so well, super friendly and really listen to what you want. I went in the first time feeling low with thin hair and came out with a beautiful cut and colour that made my hair look thick and made me feel so much better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Had my first lot of great lengths hair extensions yesterday at this salon with Megan, absolutely over the moon with them and what a lovely lady Megan is too, friendly and polite! Will definitely be back when I need some more. Thank u so much xx

Not my usual hairdresser, I’m not from around here. But… I was so pleased how quickly I was able to book in, there was no fuss over my hair condition (it’ was a little bit of a mess). The young lady that looked after me was so professional and gentle and I was treated with utter kindness. If I ever need a hairdresser I’m Wakefield again, I know where I am booking into!!

Started using this salon in January and I now come regularly for colour and cuts, never once had a bad experience, lovely staff all round but I have meghan as my creative stylist and she pulls it out of the bag evertime. No complaints always happy and polite, her input for my hair has really made a difference too (I never know what I want) and she makes it look fabulous! 10/10 from me xx

I have been visiting the Trinity Walk salon in Wakefield since I moved to the area 9 years ago.
It is the most welcoming salon I have ever been to, with a professional team who always make you feel like a million dollars by the time you leave.

Had a colour by Alisha. What a lovely girl and what a wonderful job she did. I'm thrilled with my hair and she took time to explain every part of the process. So friendly and helpful. Amazing will totally recommend.

I had my hair done by Alisha Today in Trinity. She was fantastic. Took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me recommendations. The colour and highlights are beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. Very happy with the cut too. I’ll be going back again for sure
